Abstract
Since Malt¡¯s success in Anastomosis of Bracheal Vessel in 1962, microsurgery has developed continuously and marks 60~90% success rate of the replantation from the up-to-date reports concerned.

However, this success rate goes down in case of more distal amputation or the serious crushed amputation.

Because the digit can be shortened after carrying out the excessive debridement, which is inevitable in those cases, and also the vascular occlusion can be caused by vessel extension in replantation.

Meanwhile, the successful results have been obtained by using the vein graft in replantation of crushed amputated hands and digits as follows:

1) Extended indication of replantation.

2) Increased replantation success rate.

3) Remarkable aesthetic result, especially for the female patinet.
